@Sammyjackson1488 They do reconstruct the penis into a vagina. they use the head of the penis as the clitoris... the only thing they don't use of the male genetalia is the testes... but the penis does technically become the vagina... Not that gender below the waist matters (and before you hate on me I am a male to female transgender myself)

i find transgender difficult to get my head arround. i believe tho that the route to trans gender is not a case of nature. this documentry is good but not really investagative

@xisumavoid. i can tell you hun from life experience that we really are born the way we are as transgendered people. its a hell and a personal prison that we have to carry with us all our lives unless we undergo treatment to be the person we feel inside. i know its difficult for a non transgendered person to understand but what ever you do please dont judge us or treat us badly because of how we are born. i hope that someone out there can help you understand if you want to understand.

@audrey29tg I wrote that a long time ago. I now understand and accept trans-gender. I realized that my nature vs nurture argument is really flawed, because the way we are born, we are all born different and unique, which can make us anything. I give you my support because this world is full of small minded people who are scared of anything they dont understand.

I agree with Lucas. I was confused most of my life. Now I know I am a man. I may be female-bodied, but otherwise, absolutely nothing about me is female. I've completely distanced myself from my anatomy.

I love this documentary. I saw it on Sundance Channel when it first debuted. It helped me to eventually realized that I was trans. I love docs. This is an awesome doc. Another good doc is Small Town Gay Bar.
