when it gets to the point that people are arguing more than commenting nicely (like us haha :) ) it gets annoying, so i can't say i blame her for saying something. there are a lot of negative comments, but they're all about the same thing: people are annoyed that she buys stuff. that leads to everyone thinking of her badly, and then this happens.
The logical thing to do would to back off the hauls a bit and put more time into tutorials and the like. Another alternative could be to just show a little and not everything.

I like her videos and I will continue to watch but I do understand why people get upset. Yes, her job does require her to shop and try new things to review for us which is great.....But have you seen her closet? No one needs that many clothes. In all of her hauls she shows us 100s of dollars worth of things that she has bought.....It's her money, obviously, and she should be able to spend it how she wants but when she shows so much to us, it does come across very...hoard-y...
