Please just google subsonic rounds.

They're mostly .22 .38 .44 pistol rounds. They have heavy bullets, light loads or they've been fired from a crappy, short barreled gun .

Do not fire them at iron! They may bounce.

Barret fires a .50cal round 3x faster with almost 9x more energy.

It will penetrate the target or fragment on impact.

Yeh, my uncle showed me this video before we went out and shot one of these. He was letting me use some high power rifles, one being the Barrett 50 Cal.

This is why you always shoot at an angle, so the bullet goes a different direction if there is a ricochet. Imagine the bullet to be a rubber ball, when you throw it at a wall, it bounces back. Granted usually the bullet goes through whatever it's hitting, but the kinetic energy is there and it can return like it did in this video.

When you shoot a gun and hit a hard surface the bullet might bounce off it, ie ricochet off it. That is what happens here. The bullet hits whatever they are shooting at and comes flying back.
