you found a good sample there, you gotta sample drums from a breakbeat though, your beats will sound fuller and alot funkier. Also try not to mess with the sample so much, not too choppy it cuz it ends up sounding generic Hip Hop beats dont have to sound so boom bap, if you listen to pete rock, a tribe called quest or the early DITC stuff they sample drums. thats the most important piece of a beat.
