What about the other cop? Why is he not being charged also? He stood by and watched a crime being committed, and did not even attempt to arrest the officer. Instead he arrested the victim, and did nothing later on when his buddy tried to cover the crime up. Where is the justice? And cops wonder why the public has no trust in them. Where is the higher standard?

This is a good demostration of soldiers are well discipline, courageous bunch, which is why martial law is always the resolution to resolve a state of emergency. Police are mere pussy; when go after some criminals, or get involve in some pussy gun fight, they always say "WE RISK OUR LIFE". Soldiers are the real ones who risk their life.
