Great tutorial :) The way you film it, it is very easy to see what you are doing. It's the sort of model that looks absolutely gorgeous in good quality paper ^_^ Even if it doesn't open you could always fold out the bottom flaps and put something secret in there, and fold them back again :D

Mr. Nakashima, thank you for a good demonstration. I just did it first the first time in about ten minutes, but I have to say, I feel like I wasted really good quality paper on something entirely pointless. You could maybe put in the description that this box isn't practical - one could argue the term 'Pandora's Box' is a good enough indicator, but I'm no native English speaker and it didn't ring a bell until I had a useless box in my hand.

You could also just start with a bigger square than what you want, divide it into eight, and tear/cut off 3 rows and columns... That would be easier if you want to do it without a ruler.
