@artscraftsrockstars it's because YouTube believes that people under the age of 18 should not be allowed to see female breasts because it'll corrupt them. You've got the American Family Association to thank for that.

@laissezfayre at least you don't have a government that shuts down youtube whenever it wants, and to show a reason that some youtube videos hurt its poeple's national feelings. I'm talking about Turkey where we live in. internet and social media should be free. it's not any association's problem. if a family concerns about the kids, there are some programs which prevent the person to reach them. it's okay when they shut down it in their own homes. why don't you protest them in the US?

Outwardly speaking, this video is about love and devotion: a women sewing her wedding dress to her own skin. A deeper insight, however, reveals the actual sense of the song: a woman completely devoted to her love in that she hands herself over. The distorted shots of bjork having sex reveal that this love is ecstatic, intense but simultaneously mature and pure. Note that her armpits are not even shaved. There are so many details to justify this video, awesome indeed.

Great video, very expressive of Bjork's character in the sense she's out to make unique art. I'm only sad for the people who can't come to terms with what's real. I've also come to the conclusion that anyone who doesn't like Bjork simply has no taste; I'm not generalizing here either, everyone I've ever talked to who doesn't like her or thinks she's "weird" and "untalented" has always had really shitty taste in music and movies, etc. It's scary, but not surprising.
