we watched this movie in school....not this version but it was motified to make it "school appropriet" i loved this movie

When this film was first released, I had no desire to see it, since I was not a big fan of war films. A friend of mine finally convinced me to go, and I was blown away !!! This movie has great performances all around (Denzel Washington, Morgan Freeman, Matthew Broderick, etc.), as well as great direction from Ed Zwick ('The Last Samurai', 'Blood Diamond'). This is one of my all time favorite films. Do yoursleves a favor and see it !!! A true classic !!!
