Smoked mozzarella shouldn't be so dense and dried out. In Italy, I saw they kept it in liquid like regular mozzarella balls. It was so much juicier and it really retained that delicious smoked flavor.
i dont get how on all these cooking shows they say like "put two tablespoons" and they just pop the ingredients in without measuring...haha i would never be able to do that and my food turn out good, lol
@KaciiKawaii They can do that because they have been cooking for most of their lives and they learned to measure without using spoons and cups. What you do is measure your ingredients and then put them in your palm, after while you'll see about how much a cup is in relation to your hand. It saves a few dishes and a little bit of time. I can guestimate measurements know without even thinking about it just because I've been cooking all my life.
