Yes, it does include a map editor. In multiplayer only the a little part of the map will be slowed down the rest of the map is still in normal speed. You could say it has little time spheres around the players...

I don't get all the "Notch Work more" "Mojang don't do that, work more" comments that you find all over the internet. Why do people think that just because they want an game the people working on it they will gladly work on it all days of the week, all hours on the day.

Game developers have 8h working days as most people. Not 24h as a lot seem to believe.
