It's kinda like with Queen, they admired them for originality and ambitious aproach but not accepted completaly until the death of Mercury.. Tenor C is nice one indeed, BUT Matt can hit A#5. He's done it and can be heard on the HEY YOU CRAZY KIDS Muscle Museum version. I love Molko but never heard him go epic falsetto. He can sing lower though. I wouldn't even compare them. Molko has a unique voice, so does Bellamy. So why compare them? Bellamy can kill people with his falsetto, but Molko can surprise people with the uniqueness of his voice. Don't be comparing legends.
