I'm a "fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants" kinda gal. I can't imagine being prepared for guests and entertaining by planning thoughtfully. I need to wing it to truly enjoy it. Of course, an abundance of wine and other alcoholic beverages always works if your guests look less than pleased with the table offerings or seem bored with the conversation. A quick game of "blindfold the guest" and forcing that person to drink copious amounts of booze can bring levity to an otherwise dull evening. Cheers!
