One of these was flying around my room last night counter clockwise with the fan, I caught it in a cup and put it outside. Would not want to get stung by that big fucker...

I hate those wasps. In fact it is the most common wasp around my area. I have never gotten stung but I should have. One time my dad shot down a nest with a 260 fps airsoft gun. It was my gun so I killed all the wasps. First I shot them down then I took a shoe and whacked them. There were 3 wasps. I killed two of them. One of them died because he didn't have shelter.

These dammed wasps intensely zone their area around their nests with vigilance.

I've seen them look at me ready to approach at 15 feet away from their nest. Once they get defensive, they sting anybody moving within 40 feet away. I sprayed the nest, then several hours later, I was chased. They never forgive, and never forget.

I just recently got stung by one of these. Very aggresive and was the worst sting ive ever felt from a wasp/bee.. BEWARE! stung in a bad spot too.. on thumb trying to swat away

Satan himself in flight and I do mean SATAN. The sting is extremely severe and they act on little to zero provocation. I tried to chase one from yard with noise & vibrations of mower. The BITCH (all stinging wasps are female) flew up & over mower straight toward my face. I ran across street in 2 seconds, football player blocking my way would have been flattened. My uncle burned a nest in East Texas with over 400 cells. They could be used for execution by lethal injection. MEAN RED WASPS!

Yeah man, one of these bastards randomly latched onto my face one day and got me in the cheek. Very strong grip for a bug and the most potent sting I've ever had in my life. I don't care what pity anyone has for these things, but they are either getting sprayed, mashed, or fled from by me lol
