Don't know if you know this but youtube and your eyes only go 30fps so if you have it on 40 your eyes will see 75% of the frames

@Geooosmith It could be RAM too, Had slow rendering until i added more, I'd say you would need minimum of 3Gigs.

@TheStothaK You can, but I don't know if it would be a viable option. You can probably max most of it out though. Besides, the game still looks good at medium settings :)

Well dude, 60-70 fps minus the 20 you mentioned is still a great 40-50; we can't see the difference above 24, I'm sure you know that.

Your settings are quite low for your hardware :/ Did you lower them so it's smooth with fraps recording?

@feedingfrenzy123 No, that's how I always have them. I think it looks fine. Cause if I crank them up it still won't lag, but if I'm in a team fight, it'll drop to like 30 maybe 25 FPS. On these, they don't. And it really doesn't look better when I put them up.
