TBBT gave Scrubs (a Disney show) a compliment and Scrubs gave TBBT (a Warner Bros show) a compliment. I guess it'd be a cheap plug if it was an NBC, ABC or CBS, Warner Bros, Disney, etc. show praising the hell out of another show made by the same company or on the same network but it isn't
