I do not take the Bible as being literal. I think the hand of the Holy Spirit guided the pen of those people however they still had the misconceptions of humans. We have a common ancestor With them.And a 7 year old could tell you that dinosaurs and humans lived millions of years apart. No, think about it for a minute, the word dinosaur was not around, so they used another word for it. Think about this, there was no ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX or CNN, and yet many culture came up with coicidentally the same description, which chances are astrononical. A giant squid as though of as a mystical creature, until they found evidence of thier existance. Dragon, Leviathan, Behemoth, I forget the other one. I would not be surprise if dinosaurs are alive today.

@epaminodas Dragon is a man made word used to describe a large lizard type of animal. Varying from the dragon that breaths fire to the snake-like dragon famous in China to large lizard type animals that we don't have another name for.. It could have easily been used to describe what we would today call a dinosaur. Need a modern day example? Google the Komodo Dragon.
