I actually think Hojo is okay. Even though he did that to Vincent and made a monster out of Lucrecia's child (Sephiroth. But she agreed with it) evenone has their own personal problems. I'm not a LARGE fan of Hojo but he's okay with me. He's third from the bottem on my list. Although he does sound like a dying cat and his laugh is hillarous

It's wretched-silly little girls (or even silly little boys) who ardently worship Vincent Valentine.Vincent(as a character)is a naive, lovesick FOOL.I fail to understand how you could all desire to destroy Hojo,perhaps the most important player in the FFVII story.Without him there is no Cloud,no Sephiroth,no story. As you wish:Dr. Crescent is extremely indecisive and has no will of her own.She tried her best to be a scientist but,like Gast,she was torn between discovery and ethics.Also,she let regret stop her from reaching her goals or moving forward with her life.Dr.Valentine's accident kept her from even being FRIENDS with Vincent,even if she cared for him in some way.She also allowed her body to be used for the Sephiroth project,then regretted it once it started affecting her body and her morals.

I agree. Hojo represents true evil. The other three you named were merely misguided and/or power-hungry. Hojo is pure, undying ambition and intense, corrupted human curiosity and intellect. And he's incredibly subversive, unlike the other three which were all bent on very upfront plans of domination, hiding his evil behind the forms of his misguided victims.
