I hope those citrus are organic. Lots of pesticides on the outside of citrus... I use home grown from my trees; no sprays. Also I don't squeeze, I chop the whole orange insides. Just made a couple of gallons! 15 lbs. of oranges!
Don't know about anyone else but i wish she didn't say membrane so many times. Only reminds me of one thing, and i wouldn't want to eat it. Marmalade looks good though.
