Really cool video. I love watching how things are made. I do believe the guy lied a bit on the price. You could pick up those for about $20. Maybe he said it to get novices to think they would be getting a good deal. That said I would have bought one for $25. As for quality, DR, Cuba, and Nicaragua are very similar in quality now days. They have gotten so good at blending the tobacco that it's pretty much an even playing field. People in the US want Cubans mainly cause they can't.

I will try a Dominican cigar after watching how they're made. I hear that they're similiar to Cuban cigars and you can barely tell the difference between them
