Hello! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a search on google), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many great things about it and my work buddy lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
I'm working towards going Vegan, i don't miss meat at all or milk, in fact my skin and immune system are tons better since I quit milk, I'm still having the odd bit of cheese though but I'm going to learn to cook so I can find alternative things to snack on. I have to say Soya yogurt was HORRID, I won't be making that a regular occurrence in my diet but I love tofu!
Holla! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin lost tons of weight with it.
Great video, it's time to have vegan schools, universities and VEGAN TEACHERS. THE whole vegan perspective its the best one to solve all problems in the world. Why would I trust a POLITICIAN who eats meat, why would i respect anyone who eats meat if they don;t show respect for other animals? Eating dead meat, will make you think like a dead person. If society is run by meat-eaters, all laws, regulations and solutions will be from a eating-meat perspective, which means greedy and dead perspective
Some people cant just be happy with their lifestyle, they have to advertise and show the whole damn world "Look at meeeee, see how great I am?"
This is one small reason why I'd never become a vegan (though far from the most important one); It's 'Fashionable'.
I hear far less about the actual medically verified pros and cons, and far more about moral arguments and guilt. It seems like most Vegans I meet are simply looking for an artificial way to inflate their own ego, to feel superior.
Nine times out of ten, any vegan I speak to online is some gung-ho "I benchpress 300 lbs and will NEVER EVER EVER get colon cancer, you stupid carni-tard" asswipe who thinks he's some kind of Marine just because he stopped eating certain kinds of food.
I dont care what you eat, but I dont slap you in the face with a T-Bone steak when we go out to a restaurant, so keep your salad on your plate, shut your lip, open your mouth, and eat it.
I can't work out why you don't eat honey, raw honey straight from the hive is so natural. Honey is one of the 4 substances that can sustain human life, so I was told by a Mormon.
@Andreas748 Thanks for the reply. I'm just quoting what I've been told. I'm not a Mormon but I eat honey straight from the hive. I'm tipping cavemen probably did the same thing. I think the cavemen had more brains than we give them credit for. I figure meat would have been part of their diet. Man is at the top of the food chain now & I reckon the cavemen would have also been at the top.
@mugsyjeff ....you're right. That's what the Paleolithic diet tries to do. Supposedly humans are genetically adapted to eating like a caveman since they did so for like 2 1\2 million years. Only in the last 10,000 years did grains, dairy etc come into the picture.
@Andreas748 Thanks again Andrea, I'm going to have to google paleolithic diet. Our diet mainly consists of fish & the veges we grow plus I make my own bread.
Cutting out meat to be healthy and end global warming. Wow, I've never seen a statement that has so many incorrect assumptions. You people that like these videos are truly gullible saps.
@daro2096 most wool is taken from sheep who are kept in poor conditions. The wool is farmed rather than being taken from the sheep we see roaming the country side. Also, many of the wool farmers don't take the time to sheer the sheep properly, and end up cutting through the skin on the underside of their legs to save time and effort. This is done while the sheep is shackled upside down, which is terrifying for them.

No doubt there are some health benefits to be had from a vegan diet but the most compelling reason is the ethical reason.

Why can't "vegans" not wear wool? You don't kill the sheep for its wool and wool is vital in cold climates.
