I've been a model and I can tell you: yes, they use Photoshop all the time...to enhance the natural beauty of the girls who posed for the picture.

Do not think they will loose their time on an average woman to make her look like a princess, it would take too much time.

And you right, the bad think is that people after seeing this vid will think that they all could be models, if all the beauties are fake...but they are not...for some girls it is not transformation, just amelioration...
