Is that an echo effect you have on that? Sounds like it very dreamy & Chet Atkins like.
I had a 96 casino but I didnt like the neck profile I found it was too thin ended up trading it but last year I spent my entire xmas bonus on a Peerless Songbird which I rate more.
Great instrument & playing gonna check out your other vids as Im a Beatles fan from bonnie windy scotland
@mikh84 I usually use a little delay and reverb; sometimes I'll add a little chorus. I'm not familiar with the Peerless Songbird. We've done a lot of Beatles tunes. Do a youtube search for "mrjimdeb beatles" and about a dozen songs will come up. Thanks for listening and commenting. Jim
@CalebJamesWilson Thanks for listening to some of our tunes. If you like the Beatles, I've done quite a few of their songs. Thanks for the positive feedback; I appreciate that very much. Jim
@SUPERROCKER1970 Thanks so much for your kind comments. Your positive feedback really makes me feel good and I appreciate it very much. Please come back and visit often. Jim
@dynodon12 Yeah, I don't have a life....ha. But as a retired military guy, I have plenty of time to play the guitar and upload. Thanks for all the ***'s
I did listen to both versions and came to the conclusion that this one was the best.
Some songs sound much hapy-er played from higher fret positions. Even the open chords are more pleasant. But.....there is another detail which struck me.....
It was the Martin sweater you are wearing. Nice shirt....LOL.
@rnrhc10 Yeah Rob, I agree - songs played in higher fret positions do sound "happier". I think I like this version better also (Debbie liked the other one). I got my Martin shirt from the Martin sales rep when I worked for the music store. Martin (and other music companies) always gave us some cool clothing items to help advertise their gear. Thanks for checking out these two tunes. Jim
@Elvis66 You hot. You rackin' up condo points, dude. Thanks for taking a look. I'm uploading the same song but played without the capo - see which one you like the best. I can't make up my mind now. Jim
