No one should have sued anyone over this except maybe Apotheosis because this track has been used so many times over in movies! This was done WAY back, back before DUBSTEP was even thought of! People have sampled this and never given dues to the DJ. I hate when people don't know their facts!!!!!

I do understand why they would be sued. The music that Carl Orff has composed is epic and this sounds like it gets raped in a very bad way.

I wanted to buy this song but it's not available. I am glad you posted this. I don't understand why the record company won't sell the song, when the fact that it is worth $80 on Amazon. You would think that they might want to capitalize on the obvious demand for the song.  The idiotic record companies don't know what the fuck they're doing and digital downloads will wipe them out. Why have a recording contract when you can upload to iTunes and sell your music there? F**k them!
