  • That should have been a red card!

  • doesnt matter who won or not, that was a great hit !!!! that hit was great i would say brag out it all you want . just the hit we arent talking about who won or didnt win or how they won, the hit was great !

  • @flankerc45 That was an illegal hit. Do you even know the laws of Rugby?

  • Thats not a tackle, thats an illegal challenge that!!

  • It doesn't matter what nationality you are. There are hard nuts in every nation. The point is though, any twat who slags off England / the English can suck my fucking pips.

  • does the two commentators know some rules in rugby or not?

  • PUMA PRIDE !!!! The argentinian team gots balls !

  • thats a leauge tackle

  • French are pussies if he were English he would have got back up and kept going!

  • @GamingSilent says the man listening coldplay (pussie music by definition...) French are warriors, they put their heads in rucks where you wouldn't even put a foot. Ask Betsen, Chabal or Dusautoir...

  • @rdlbdl ....French are warriors?.......my arse!!....they're cowards that result to eye gouging and bollock squeezing in rugby and need the rest of the world to liberate their country in two world wars

  • @Aussiephil99 Hahahaha it's funny to hear that from an australian pussy!!!! Australians are always the same, there all good at critisizing, but they never do anything good! You say we ain't good at rugby? Sorry in wich place did you end in the last RWC? It's funny that you bring the WW subject! Where were you?

  • @Hu9ogo .....actually I'm a Kiiw....I was raised in NZ. So my team won the world cup against the dirty garlic breathed eye gougers

  • @Aussiephil99 There's nothing to be too proud of when you see how you won it... So don't brag too much...

  • @Hu9ogo ...they were far and away the best team in the tournament. They played most of the tournament without Dan Carter (the world's best 10)......McCaw played on one leg but was still outstanding.........France lost to Tonga, NZ twice!! deserved to lose to Wales.....and eye gouged their way through the tournament. And you complain about how the All Blacks won!!!! There has not been a more deserving winner of a world cup. So piss off sore loser!!!

  • @Aussiephil99 "There has not been a more deserving winner of a world cup" hahahaha what a joke! We had many injured players so don't think NZ was deserving because of that! Get lost!!!!

  • @Hu9ogo ....sour grapes poor loser. Stick to something you are good at like making croissants

  • @GamingSilent ahahaha, if there was a breeze, the English would fall over, and fake injury. cunt.

  • @deathbastardable Name an English rugby player to fake an injury. Anyway France use the white flag and Argentina can't control three little islands so...

  • im not sure, but did it look like chabal dived?

  • LEGUIZAMON RULES

  • omfg what a bastard damn!!!

  • WORST FUCKING TACKLE EVER

  • Fue arriba

  • Take that and go back to the rock you just came under of

  • @mdqcristian doesnt make sense

  • woah ho ho hoooO HAHAH SHAMEUS

  • the bigger they are the harder they fall but chabal, he's acctually a pussy :L

  • @urbmon If you were at the recieving end of a tackle like that i'm sure you wouldnt be saying that

  • chabal falls like a fucking woman here. wasn't even that hard a hit. labelling this 'the biggest hit ever' just makes all these faggots slag off rugby vvvvv. change the fucking title.

  • this is why rugby is soft compared to league, leaglise the shoulder charge for fuck sake

  • Lol argentinos just don't know what a good tackle is.

  • hows that feel chabal?

  • fuck you you hairy peice of shit chabal. burn.

  • This isn't a legal tackle.

  • @spittingbloodhc no shit sherlock

  • i think what you all fail to realize is that pads provide security. along with that security comes power. they are hitting much harder. on top of that, af players are sprinting into head on collisions. if you played an af game, hitting as hard as you would with pads, without pads, the injuries would surpass that of any rugby game ever played.

  • Holy shit

  • Hurt himself more falling on the ground... Chabal = gay

  • @timbo1234567 Gay can also mean happy + gay is not really and insult so shut up homophobic idiot.

  • @chicken54209 Haha your gay

  • 206 cunts don't know what is a legal tackle in rugby... Watch how Chabal tackle Amon Amarth. This is probably the biggest hit ever, and it's a legal tacke ! DICKHEAD!

  • Chabal is a scary cunt

  • and a second later he just stands up.. damn at that point rugby is so much greater than soccer

  • that was bullshit lol , hes been watching to much soccer

  • This shit happens in American Football all the time. And to all you people who complain about how we wear pad they don't give you a lot of protection.

  • @MysteryBoxDudes That's because american football is a majorly aerial sport. And they all run with the body-positioning of an ostrich.

Taking a man like Chabal off his feet like that is no small task I promise you.

  • @MysteryBoxDudes YOU FOOL! it doesnt matter how much the protection helps you, if you take off your protection see how many players end up in intesive care

  • the 'animal' got caged

  • Jajajaja siempre hay uno mas grande que vos o mas loco que vos jajajajaj

  • Fort Lauderdale Maddogs Rugby Club is the best in America!

  • That was a terrible tackle, he should've got a hefty fine for that...

  • Was massive. Rodber on Tuingamala was better

  • I thought that Chabal was the big man that couldnt get hit, well i was wrong he got destroyed

  • Lets just agree that soccer is for pussies.

  • @Badlogic2

people calling football soccer are pussies you pussy.

  • @AlPinski

I was just trying to find a point that we could all agree on.

Why don't we all just have a beer and and sing songs.

  • haha fucking pussy

  • @magnum5striker @TheGameBWS09

Guys, seriously, different sports, different rules.

Rugby rules have changed over the years, not just the points (scrum, ruck and lineout rules have changed several times). There are big hits in rugby, but it isn't about the big hits. Good rugby is played fast with low tackles.

As for "everyone is getting hit" in Gridiron, most of those hits tend to be standing and holding onto each other, the only big hit in the last superbowl was against some poor camerman!

  • Seen Bigger!!!!!

  • If THIS is the biggest rugby hit ever, then the debate between the NFL/American football vs Rugby is officially settled. This hit happens a dozen times a game, and football pads are hardly suits of armor. Ribs DO get broken, jaws get broken, concussions happen EVERY GAME. THis WAS a big hit, but it PALES in comparison to NFL caliber highlight hits.

  • @SomeRandomChick69 Hi i disagree about both of you just 4 a simple reason those sports are DIFERENT so u cannot compare any one of those, both sports have different class of injuries, but it real that Rugby is most risky than Football, u can search 4 this , and I understand u Love American Football, but just 4 the record, one thing if u wanna a comparission, on 2000, was considered the idea to do an Official test match between The NFL champs and the All Blacks,>>>>

  • Responder a este video... On the game who NFL authorities decided ( Rugby or American Football) and The NFL decides not to play that match Cause the risks of Injuries on the NFL players, So, i think the thing its pretty clear, I play rugby, indeed not pro, but some friends do, and I can swear that the Strength of the players is 100% real, and thats what NFL is affraid.is just a fact, im not joking or try to make jokes about it, i simply preffer nfl do Nfl and rugby do rugby, no comparissions

  • @SomeRandomChick69 This is no were near the biggest hit ever ive seen bigger hits in Amateur Rugby, and in Rugby ribs get broken and players get knocked out in most games in fact there are more injuries in Rugby than American football.

  • If it was the biggest hit in rugby ever I'm glad it was to Chabal =)

  • Rugby League and Rugby Union are the best football games there are... gridiron players are the same physically, but they wouldn't last in Rugby because the same 20 players (with interchange off the bench) attack, defend, kick field goals, kick off, receive, etc...

  • I dont like this video, vicious hit, terrible hit, useless hit. no more to say

  • This is nothing this is a regular hit in the NRL. American football i dont like it to much stop and start. I do admire the athleticism but maybe some of these guys could give our game a jam to see how good they are.

  • You have to admit, it was an illegal tackle, so anyone would have got owned

  • @magnum5striker If you really think American football players are superior then why don't other countries play the game, and you don't need padding to avoid deaths, the padding lets you hit someone harder, so get your facts right before u say anything

  • @quibbleable

Uh, AF is played outside the US, dumbshit. Germany, Japan, South Korea, France, Turkey, Egypt, Italy, Sweden, and more. Google IFAF or go to their own youtube channel user/IFAFinsider.

Padding's main purpose IS to avoid deaths. In the early years, too many players were killed from vicious tackles. Even the president stepped in and warned the league to either make the game safer or he would abolish the game. Take your own advice and get YOUR facts right before saying anything.

  • @quibbleable

    American football

Germany vs France VgV4K_Q8URw Austria vs Australia z-q6RvIZf98 Japan vs Mexico BZ8deHxhkOc

Team France nSYU6kqBxDk Italy vs Serbia tH6NHft92hc American Football in Japan CJXSovoe9sM

So what's that again about other countries not playing American Football?

  • @magnum5striker Its played in other countries but to what level? i could find any sport played in any country the point is at a high pro level its only played in America, and rugby is an overall tougher sport, its constant tackling over 80 minutes with some huge hits with no padding compared to American football were they make 1 or 2 tackles then go off the pitch for oxygen, just because some American football players are fat as fuck doesnt mean its a tougher sport.

  • @TheGameBWS09

Hair splitting much? Yes, they do play on pro level, Especially in Japan and Germany where AF is popular. First you dicks whine it's not played in other countries, then you get corrected and now find something else to bitch on to save face.

And PSML! You look positively ridiculous talking how your game is tougher in a video title "The Biggest Hit In Rugby EVER!!!! " and shows some weak shit tackle. I've see tougher average hits in college football. No wonder you don't need pads.

  • @magnum5striker Its not popular outside of America its not even in the top 5 popular sports in Germany so you cant say its big over there LOL and Japan are just obsessed with American culture so they dont count.

And i didnt make this video i agree its not a hard tackle but this video doesnt represent Rugby and the reason they dont need pads is because they arent faggots, look at a couple of other videos of hard hits i can link you if you want.

  • @TheGameBWS09

Germany has played AF since 1979 and just celebrated their 33rd German Bowl. Wouldn't be lasting this long if it weren't popular. And Japan "They are obsessed with American culture so it doesn't count!" Dude, shut the fuck up if you got nothing but lameass denial. I've already seen rugby "most awesome, wicked, hits"" videos here. Nothing to make me go "SHIT! and they don't wear pads?!" You don't need pads cause YOU hit like faggots. We need them because players have DIED before.

  • @magnum5striker Its not popular in Germany you find me an AF league in Germany were they have 40,000 watching it every week, and ok lets say it is popular in Japan, thats 1 country, that proves my point exactly its not a popular sport outside of north america.Your clearly not watching the right stuff " /watch?v=2jgX6beDoRk " tell me he hit him like a faggot.and so what people die in AF people die in Rugby and people get routinely Knocked out to and theres a fight in nearly every game

  • @TheGameBWS09

Right, because they would be organizing a costly German Bowl event every year and sponsors investing in it if it wasn't popular enough. How did that prove your idiotic point is anyone's guess.Your hair splitting is getting ridiculous on a critical level. Sweden, Finland, and Italy have AF. Turkey, Egypt, and Kuwait started a league recently. Of course it's not on global popularity like soccer, but it's getting there.

    -continue-

  • @magnum5striker Theres also an Baseball league in the UK but it isnt popular here, theres also an Cricket league in Germany but im sure Cricket isnt popular in Germany, just because there is leagues of a sport in a country doesnt make it popular in that country,it proves nothing

  • @TheGameBWS09

Well this is how you rugby dicks react to AF:

Rugby whiner:"Your game sucks! It's not played outside your country!"

Me: *Show them proof that it is played outside US*

Rugby whiner: "So what? These are not pro leagues!"

Me: *Show them these are pro leagues*

Rugby whiner: "So what? It's not popular enough! I win"

Even if German Bowl was number 1 in Germany, you would find something else to bitch about.

  • @magnum5striker Your annoying as fuck lol I never said it wasnt played outside of America of course it is but all you talk about is Germany its not in the top 5 popular sports in germany therefore its not popular in germany also there are about 200 other countries in the world and its not popular in any of those countries either, prove me wrong.

  • Respond to this video...

    -Continue-

Regarding that link, were you trying to make me laugh? That hit is just slightly worst than that candy ass tackle in this video. This is how you hit V1vCZ6zt4Es the player had his jaw broken in 3 places and a concussion...and he was wearing a helmet and mouth guard. People hardly ever died in rugby, bullshitter. Already checked on that. AF averaged 42 deaths/year before the pads. The pads came after the President warned the league he would ban AF.

  • @magnum5striker Your an idiot what does more deaths mean? all it means is a lot of people fall on there necks in AF,there has been 71 deaths in pro rugby that might not be as many deaths but there are MANY MANY more injuries in Rugby because its a lot more physically demanding and tougher sport it lasts 80 minutes there's constant tackling with the same 15 player no defensive and offensive teams

  • @TheGameBWS09

Yes, only 71 deaths in game that has been played since 1823! That's what, 2 maybe 3 deaths per year average? 42 deaths/year means that the tackling and lack of safety rules was too vicious and lethal. The president was alarmed by the high death rate and warned the league to pad up or disband. Don't draw conclusions out of your ass on something you clearly have no clue about. OMG, are you having some kind of crying bitch fit now? Is it that time of the month for you?

  • @magnum5striker Deaths prove nothing you fucking idiot and i looked it up AF averages 4 deaths a year not 42 you fucking idiot hahah and that 71 deaths in Rugby dont include all the devastating injuries like broken necks and players getting paralysed and brain injury etc and i like the way you keep avoiding the fact Rugby has WAY more injuries than AF lol Just keep avoiding the facts it just lets me know im right

  • @TheGameBWS09

4 deaths a year? 1905 the first 2 months of the season alone had 18 deaths and 169 critically injured, players (plenty of broken necks, paralysis, brain injury, etc. there, so what's your point?) that's when the president had enough and took action. So where the hell you get the 4 deaths/year, retarded fuck? Did you use wikipedia?

Do you get paid for each time you make an ass of yourself or something?

  • @magnum5striker 1905 LOL Get with the times even most of the 71 rugby deaths came before 1950 im talking about 2011,did you know Cheerleading has more deaths per year than any other sport? Does that make Cheerleading a tougher sport than AF? LOL You fucking retard

  • @TheGameBWS09

If they didn't introduce the pads and tone down the violence in that year, deaths would still keep going from there, past 1950, and still on this day, dumbshit.

Yeah, and it means cheerleading is tougher than Rugby, turd burglar. I suppose now you'll go to a cheerleader video page and go on another crying bitch fit how rugby has more injuries, deaths, blah blah blah!

  • @magnum5striker you said there is 40+ deaths a year when there isnt your a liar and you dont know what your talking about and Cheerleading isnt tougher than Rugby because i said all along deaths mean nothing all you need to do is watch a game of Rugby to see its a lot tougher and more physically demanding than AF

  • @TheGameBWS09

I swear to God! You must be some kind of experiment in artificial stupidity! I said average of 42 deaths/year BEFORE the padding came about. And how the fuck you can say deaths mean nothing? Tell that to players killed how a game that has much lower death rate is more demanding than the one that killed more. That makes a lot of sense.

  • @magnum5striker The reason deaths doesnt matter like i said is because if you go by deaths Cheerleading & Horse back riding would be to 2 toughest sports on the planet, and i like the way your using stats that are about 100 years old to try and make your point haha its even impossible to prove that American football has more deaths because the Rugby stats dont include semi-pro and Amatuer game,The point you keep avoiding is Rugby has more injuries than AF doesnt that stand for something?

  • @magnum5striker Quote; "When I heard it was only 20-minute games, I was like, ‘Man, I would kill that. I’ve played two-hour games in college and the NFL.’ The first game I ever played in rugby, after two minutes, I was begging the coach to take me out.“

    –Leonard Peters

  • @TheGameBWS09

    LMAO!

    He later said:

“I wasn’t prepared for that (rugby), but I’ve got used to it now.” -Leonard Peters

That's quite a big adjustment from someone who wanted out of that game right away. Man you crack me up with your struggle to glorify your game toughness...lmao!!!

  • @magnum5striker @TheGameBWS09 why cant you guys just accept that there different games. i love AF because of its short bursts of intensity which you do need pads for, would be ridiculous playing it without but also love rugby. having played in a game of rugby where an opposition player tragically passed away i dont see why you two idiots seem to think that deaths in your sports is a symbol of toughness.

  • @magnum5striker Haha so because after months of training he was finally ready to play you see that as an achievement? haha theres been many Rugby players who have then went on to play AF too the point was he was saying how Rugby is the more physically challenging sports because its full on for 80 minutes.

  • @magnum5striker "Rugby is great. The players don’t wear helmets or padding; they just beat the living daylights out of each other and then go for a beer. I love that."

    -Joe Theismann

  • @TheGameBWS09 You're still here struggling with your little penis envy against football?Football has more injuries than rugby because in rugby, only the ball carrier gets hit. In football, EVERY player on the field is fair target and because football players use their padding and helmets as ramming weapons. Also, you can tackle above the waist unlike rugby.

If they didn't put pads 100 years ago, this game would still be a bloodbath today worse than cheerleading and horseback riding.

  • @magnum5striker in Rugby you Tackle below the shoulders not above

  • @magnum5striker Yes only the ball carrier is the target but the ball carrier changes every second so every player gets hit A LOT also in Rugby its the same 15 players getting hit over 80 minutes unlike in AF were they have an Offensive team,Defensive team and special team, and You can tackle above the waist in Rugby only tackles above the shoulders are considered "High Tackles".So once again you are wrong on every point now go and put on your pads and spandex like the faggot you are

  • @TheGameBWS09

Offensive team+defensive team+special teams=more players on the field who get injured. And most of the time, only takes one power tackle to put players out of the game instead of accumulated hits over a time period."High tackles" are permitted also. And so once again, you got schooled. Now go and put on your gaylord shorts and make more candy ass wrappin' tackles and brag how you don't need pads for that weak shit, loser.

    Peace :)

  • @magnum5striker All them teams just means that the players get hit less and play for less time, your so biased its not funny you cant accept facts and as @WillSpengler said most "tackles" in AF are just players holding on to each other because most of the time they are chasing were as in Rugby its always face to face running at each other and you watch this " watch?v=i322wY8OH2Q " and tell me them players are "weak" and that getting hit like that doesnt fuckin hurt

  • @TheGameBWS09

Christ! Some judo flips on soft grass and grabbing around the waist area, that's suppose to fuckin' hurt more, softcock? This is the second time you show me a shit house example of rugby's toughness.

    This fuckin' hurts!

    X9xTQiyi8hk

"More injuries than football" my ass! You fail again.

  • Comment removed

  • @magnum5striker You take the pads of the AF players and see how hard they hit,its the same with boxers there gloves allow them to hit harder but if they took them off it would hurt a hell of a lot more,in rugby people are constantly getting knocked out takin off the pitch to get stitched up then come on again 2 minutes later there has been rugby players who have carried on playing with broken necks,Rugby is the tougher sport for real men not over-paid over-weight fairies like AF

  • @TheGameBWS09

Honestly, there should be a limit to just how retarded you can be. They DID hit hard like that before the pads. That's why there were so many deaths in the past, inbred.

  • The title was a bit presumptuous considering he took a dive half way through the hit..

  • @kaezer2

I was thinking the same thing. I though they only did that shit in soccer.

  • these guys are mad .... no protection lol

  • LMAO!! What a bunch of softcocks you rugby dicks are! That weak shit of a vagina tackle is what you would call "The biggest hit EVER!!"? That looked like the average NFL tackle in slow motion. On top of that the caveman fag faked it. Is this rugby or soccer? No wonder you don't need pads/helmets if this is as tough as your hits can go.

  • @magnum5striker lol...thats all anyone could say to that. Rugby and american football are different games aso the hits are different. Just wonder have you played rugby? and how big are you? Cus i play flanker for my team in London. also just so you know in futue...In the 2008 charity sports game rugby players played american football players and rugby won both games. Cus they are more physical and don't have a load of padding surrounding them. so shut the fuck up mabye?

  • @coopz23778

That's all anyone could NEED to say to that. I'm not the one who put that granny tackle video and named it "THE BEST HIT IN RUGBY EVER!!!" Yes the hits are different. Tackling beasts like Ray Lewis have been measured at 2,400lbs of force That's a 35 mph car wreck and is lethal w/o paddingt. That's why we need padding/helmets to avoid deaths and you don't. I didn't find anything about your rugby/football match. Don't bring up BS that can't be verified. So YOU shut the fuck up maybe?

  • @coopz23778 you sir are a legend, we need to shut the american football players/fans up with their fucking massive egos, i mean if you (american football players) are the superior sportsmen lets see if you can keep running for two 40 halves and take the tackles, my guess is you would struggle within the first 20 minutes from what ive seen from players, im not the fittest person but im making the effort by playing rugby for my local team

  • @quibbleable

LMAO! You probably didn't notice while sucking up on his dick, but I shut your "legend" up long ago with my reply. No shit you are not the fittest person, Sherlock! And my guess is you wouldn't last 2 minutes of struggle in American Football before you are sent to coma dreamland by some 260lbs linebacker blasting the shit out of you. If the rules of AF drastically changed and required running for two 40 halves, then the players would train to adapt to that condition.

  • He looks like undertaker

  • look on elreydelamiel --> big big tackle -->2jgX6beDoRk

  • little tackle

  • fukking upper tackle and he didn't have the ball,

Wanna see a real hard tackle? habana getting stunned in 2011 RWC ahaha

  • @EPICisFUN it was awesome

  • Standard league tackle.

  • Who gives a shit about deaths ? Lets just all say together, Rugby Union is the gentleman's game, rugby league is the working mans game and American football us the wives game :)

  • You have got to be joking. This is what happens when Union starts calling itself Rugby. You get your hopes up that you might see some League power, "biggest hit ever" and then you see a Frenchman rolling around flicking his bouffant hairdo.

  • funny, i didnt see anyone kick his legs from under him...must be those football gremlins

  • haha stupid french bastard

  • Hydoken

  • Take that frenchie

  • Tremendous.

  • Too exagereted the name of the video!

  • When Chabal get's down, you know it's bad

  • jajajajaja dale gaucho! muy bien

  • and he stands up a second later. damn i really regret that i choose soccer -.-

  • reeeeeeeeeeeeed caaaaaaaaaaaaaaard !

  • Oh the caveman.

  • That's a shoulder charge, not a tackle, and is illegal. A red card or yellow card minimum.

  • high tackle = Illegal

  • Chabal got raped...

  • If you don't like this "wussy" sport, then why are you watching videos about it?

Some people like rugby, some people like gridiron, they are different sports with a common ancestry. Play and watch your prefered sports and just leave it at that?

  • that cunt deserved it anyway... hes no more then a moaning little bitch when things dont go his way

  • @richard1972r you're right! they get hurt with+would get slaughtered without pads.Woosies ! especially the so called "forwards"(blockers). overblown,fat,unfit,overrated blops can't run! huffing+puffing after going forward 2 yards+tangling for a few seconds. with ridiculous amount of stoppage+breaks in a game! "rush",stop,talk,rest,"rush"... let them scrum, run, tackle for 40 minx2 ! Ballskills: none.mostly don't even handle the(much smaller)ball ! Typical American. Big show!All talk!No Go!
  • @doppies2000

And just like the typical rugby cunt, you talk so big against while hiding behind youtube. I will extend you the same invitation as the previous dipshit...put your money where your big mouth is and come play the game with the wussies. Then tell me how wussy it was for you once you are out of the intensive care unit.

And I'd like to see you run just half as fast as this "fat unfit" player and with 30lbs of padding on you.

    1IRWT_woUOQ

  • @richard1972r Hahaha look whoes talking big? Football is only played in America ,wander why? Ill tell you, rugby was a English sport and played in England during the time of the American revolution so the Americans instead of supporting England by playing rugby they decided to invent football which was a safer , cleaner and slower game than rugby was , like baseball was a mock up of cricket ..my point is the game was designed to be safer and cleaner which kinda invalidates your entire argument

  • @killjoy95590 Shows how you are such an ignorant tool because footbal in the first years was hardly safer with an average of 42 deaths/year. It only became safer with the padding later on because the president was alarmed by the high death rate in football and warned the league to make the game safer to play or disband. AF i in France nSYU6kqBxDk&list Germany xgnePsdwiXU Japan CJXSovoe9sM Italy xR7owKsMu2s I could go on. So what is it again about AF only played here, dipshit?
  • @richard1972r Lol i can also do that .... your so ignorant bec rugby has more than 42 deaths and year and 10 times that number in life altering injures ... YET WE STILL DONT WEAR PADDING!!! ... lol cant forget to add the very mature ... dipshit

  • @killjoy95590

Then you are fulll of shit because there have been only 71 deaths in rugby's entire history of being played since 1823. More than 42 deaths a year my ass! Can't forget to now add bullshiter with dipshit. Way to make an ass of yourself again. *clap* *clap* *clap*

  • @richard1972r Sorry pal Wikipedia strikes again eh!!! In one year in the 1880's there was 112 deaths in the English Union season across all games. Many would go unnoticed as Union by then was not only played by those fortunate enough to attend prestigious national university's but played by the common man representing his town or work.

  • @terrortorn

LMAO! You are so full of shit it's oozing out of your eye sockets! Nowhere did I find anything about 112 deaths in English Union or anywhere else. If that many got killed in only one season, then we would be hearing about tragedies in rugby matches all the time because unlike football, rugby hasn't changed its rules and gameplay style or implemented protective gear to make it safer. You fail!

  • @richard1972r Unfortunately for you I read it in a book about the dark side of sport not everything is on the internet. The statistics were apparently compiled from a survey of back issues of local papers reporting local events. The rules and techniques of Rugby have been under consistent development. The development of Rugby League is based on rule changes. Sorry you will have to continue deluding yourself about AF and enjoying the 11 minutes of play in a 3 hour match.

  • @terrortorn

So which book is that, and the name of the author? The only change rugby went through its history is the scoring system and the shape of the ball. No rules were added or changed in regards to safety or tone down the brutal style of playing. Sorry, keep deluding yourself that not needing padding for weak grandma tackles like in this video is something to be proud of.

  • @richard1972r I can't remember the name of the book but that hardly gives your wandering assertions any credibility. I don't think this tackle is anything special it is Union after all, but the most dangerous sport is fishing perhaps you could try and make a case for AF to be tougher than that. Pads are for pussy who think 11 minutes of action constitute a sport. Stick to wrestling the USA leads the way in that, Apart from Mexico.

  • @terrortorn

LMAO! What a dipshit you are! "Oh there have been so many deaths in rugby! I read it in a book...somewhere...sometime ago. I just don't remember it."

You can easily verify my assertion with this book "The Big Scrum" by Edgar J. Miller (oh looky here! I actually have a source name) which tells how football in the early years was a bloodbath and how Roosevelt is credited for saving football by putting his foot down against league officials to either make the game safer or disband.

  • @richard1972r Oddly enough I have not just learned to read and don't have a library of my reading experience at my fingertips. While AF was being played by the over privileged, a lot of Rugby was played by the working man. And a man that spends 6 days a week down a mine hits a lot harder than a college boy.

  • @terrortorn

Then don't bring up a BS fact if you don't know/remember the source. Just claiming "it is so, I read it somewhere" w/o any source makes an ass of yourself.

"And a man that spends 6 days a week down a mine hits a lot harder than a college boy."

Dude, let's just put an end to this. Your strawman arguments are reaching a critical level in stupidity. Go back to your weak grandma tackle game and I'll go back to my padded game, k?

    Peace

  • @richard1972r There is nothing bullshit about the fact, get off the internet, go to a library. College boys don't damage themselves in the way men do in a mans game. Watch some Rugby league or stick to Baseball AF don't cut it.

  • @terrortorn

No source=Bullshit. Precisesly because I go a library I recommended to you my source for AF deaths and asked for your phantom source so I could look it up myself next time.

I aready watched rugby league matches, it hardly made me go "Damn! And they don't wear pads for that!" and hardly justifies your chronic rugby superiority complex, so get over it.

  • @terrortorn

Correction on the book's author name...is John J. Miller, not Edgar

  • @killjoy95590 ofc I was talking shit, duh! I said"I can also do this"at the beginning of the post to attempt to make it idiot proof or "American proof",the point of the last comment was to point out the fact not only you but I can also suck imaginary figures out my thumb and call it fact bec there is no way ppl would record rugby or football related deaths anywhere before at least the first World cup match on either sport or at least until the unions were created much later than 1823

  • @killjoy95590

Yeah sure. Way to back pedal from your moronic comment now. Google Roosevelt (The president who threatened to ban AF) and football deaths in 1905 when the president interfered after 18 players were killed and 169 critically injured in only 2 months into the season. Also, read this book "The Big Scrum" by John J. Miller, which relates how Roosevelt eliminated the brutality in football, then get back to me about how I made up those figures.

  • @killjoy95590

And also, way to reply to yourself like a retard. I haven't heard your take on those video links I posted previously about the teams of France, Germany, Japan, and Italy of that sport that, according to you, it's only played here.

  • Ouch !!! I physically felt that on my shoulder ! Not coz I'm french but, referees should look out for stuff like that, dislocated shoulders can't possibly legal !!! Hurts like HELL.

    That Argentinian is huuuge though.

  • SE TERMINO EL MACHITO,

  • Not being funny, but I think a shoulder charge to the chin from an 18 stone professional rugby player would be enough to floor most people. I mean, i'm a double-hard triple-strength bastard and I know that would drop me!

  • In football your wearing full pads and a helmet dumbass.
