@carlos7217 he had not got. Steve quit drugs in 86 and hasent touched em since. He was actually very successfull after the Pistols. Formed a ton of amazing bands,put out 2 solo albums,did shitload of session work.

it was an exciting time in Vancouver, everyone one had jobs as extras, Cook and Jones formed The Professionals later, also there's an Avengers connection because after the Sex Pistols broke up in SF they hung out (Cook and Jones that is) wrote some songs with the Avengers, 123

and others I think. I'll ask a friend who knows. and update.

This movie is a must see!! Ray Winstone was excellent. And he has a great voice, just check out Quadrophenia. I prefer his vocals over the "real" Looters.

This is NOT the SEX PISTOLS. Yes, one or two members are from the band, but this is a line up of other musicians for this film, one of them being from THE CLASH. There is an actual band whose name is credited at the end of the film for this song, but I forget the name. Diane Lane is friggin AWESOME. This is one of my favorite movies of all time.

I remember when this movie was filmed in Vancouver in the winter of 79-80 - it was a great time - I have never seen the movie though - Paul Cook and Steve Jones went down to the Smilin' Buddah - the CBGB's of the city - and we turned away because they didn't have ID - I also remember speaking to Ray Winstone - the singer here - at Boomtown Rats concert - fantastic times
