  • Totally inappropriate behaviour for a soldier, hope they court martial her stupid ass. She can say anything she wants out of uniform. In uniform, she is a representative of her country and must be apolitical.

  • who are the guys in blue? MP's?

  • Can't have political affiliation in uniform dumb ass Army PFC...read the UCMJ

  • I'm curious as to what happened to her. What were her charges? I'm glad people are waking up. ascension is soon! ^_^

  • @Nativegirl1985 In the military you must adhere to the policies of the USMJC. You may not protest in uniform. Hell, the Marines aren't even allowed to wear their cammies in publics.

  • @phadedlife Yeh who wants to represent murder in public?

  • Hey private, realize you are representing the Army. You may just be a private you still represent in that uniform, why dont you put a little more thought into this before you do it. Maybe call your squad leader next time.

  • Women were soldiers? Since when?

  • they didnt pull the black marine to one side!!!! this is abuse of power and using the fear factor!

  • It's not the Army's fault she does not have a job, but that uniform does not belong to her. Even though she is a NG soldier she still has to follow Army regulations. @ Journey000...Who exactly is she protecting and how is she doing this in the video? What do you know about an oath? I took an oath also and I still serve under that oath. It states.."I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me according to regulations and the UCMJ."

  • @rcollins19d I also served in the army but our most importent duty is to the constitution tell me how are we as soldiers supposed to respond when the ones giving the orders are violating the constitution so in reality we are obligated by our oath to defend our constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC we have an obligation to stop the violation of the constitution by DOMESTIC enemies

  • The military has rules and regulations. Those rules and regulations are not yours to bend. They are set in place so you will know what you can and CANT do. Businesses in the civilian world do not allow you to smoke in the cubical you work in and if you bent the rules by doing so, chances are there would be disciplinary action for your actions. Same applies in the military. Her actions proves how ignorant she is to Army regulations. I would have an Article 15 waiting for her at home station.

  • um its against the ucmj to protest in uniform! she should be busted down in rank for disobeying army regulations.

  • If she is in the armed forces, and in uniform she violated the UCMJ... She should be busted down..

  • She knew what she was doing when she became a soldier? She became a soldier to defend the nation, the Constitution and our Democracy from criminals. She did not join the military of a free nation to have her free-speech rights restricted. Our free nation should allow it's soldiers to wear uniforms whilst speaking and in fact they do when standing behind the President as he talks politics or going on television for interviews supporting the criminals while wearing uniforms.

  • She knew the risks. Whether you agree with her, whether you don't. Whether youre for the war or not. Whether you love the soldiers or don't. She knew what she was doing by being there in uniform. And I salute her because yes, she is going to be in a world of hurt. But she knew that going out there. She had the courage KNOWING she was going to get slung across the wall. So I salute her.

  • It's sad but true active duty members have sold their souls and do not own their own bodies or minds so they have to follow orders or be jailed or even killed during war-time

  • When they join the military they sign there soul away to the gooverment, my brother joined the gavy and i have the oath right next to me tapped on his wall. The government can do WHAT EVER THEY WANT TO YOU when you join the military, there not 100% evil so they wont jsut send you off to die but they coould if trhey chose.

  • It's OK for her to protest, but not in uniform, as that implies that it's official policy of the ZOG.

  • I fuckin know those guys!!! Yea buddy!!! Can we say Art. 15??? Bwahahaha!!! Love you T-Pain and RS!!

  • They took an oath to uphold the constitution.

  • yea she could be in a world of hurt... using her uniform to support a protest. i hope they catch her

  • Active duty military or National Guard soldiers are not allowed to represent political views or march or protest especially in uniform. If this woman's commanding officers get wind of this this she will be in a world of hurt and could face severe punishment. She should already know this. It's an unfortunate reality.

  • Soldiers have no rights. They waived it all by signing on. That is why she cannot protest. Best thing any soldier can do right now is QUIT and join militias if they really want to defend the nation.

  • QUIT the armed forces. It's the ELITES war. Let them fight it!

We can do with a few less of them anyway!

  • The sad part is that most people do not realize that once they have enlisted in the United States Armed Forces they are no longer a technically a citizen of the United States of America - they have voluntarily waived their rights. Much of our constitutional civil liberties no longer apply to them... The are truly owned by the state after having signed on the dotted line.

  • @dstory69 Then the time has come to REWRITE the constitution back in favor of the people!

  • @dstory69 why wouldent they be a citizen of the us, what u mean they voluntarily waived their rights, so? wat does that mean. constitutional civil liberties?

  • @TrueDominguez A citizen or civilian is a person following the pursuits of civil life (one who is not an active member of the military, the police, or a belligerent group) and is governed and protected under civil law and is guaranteed certain civil rights under the "Bill of Rights" which is the collective name for the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution. Civil law and "civil rights" pertaining to military servicemen are suspended until discharge and civil status is regained.

  • @dstory69 Starship Troopers???

  • @Industryscorpio Military law is held under the governance of the Military Tribunal, not the civil judicial system and courts and military personnel do have an equivalent to the civilian "Bill of Rights", but it is NOT the same, for what should be obvious reasons. I do not claim to be an expert in either civil or military law, however, only a well informed member of an active military family (past/present). Don't rely upon me, or anyone else for information - its on the Internet, look it up.

  • @dstory69 Don't have to look it up. I am a member of active military. lol. We get classes on this all the time. Especially since things have really gone a little... less than planned. People weren't expected to wake up so fast. All these protests... all the stuff that's going on in the world. It was just a matter of time before a soldier came out and made his/her voice heard.

  • @Industryscorpio Hopefully more will try to do the same; now is a good time to bend the rules. Remember, you've got an oath to keep. ;)

  • @mistermassive1 Maybe. But I don't think there is anything wrong with a Spartan-like, highly disciplined military force. As long as the civilians who control them are not tyrannical warlords. Just my opinion.

  • Military personnel have no rights. They are slaves and property of the department of defense and the US gov to do with as they please.

  • if it's hard for people to understand what's going on. basically, trillions of dollars went to the bankers as profit, when all that money could of gone to the people by way of jobs.

  • She also took an oath to protect the people from enemies both foreign and domestic.....That's what she was doing in this video. Thank you.

  • I agree with the protesters, but she made a mistake. When you join they tell you, as a soldier you don't have the same basic rights that civilian Americans have. They say YOU ARE PROPERTY OF THE USA and will do as told. You sign a contract and/or take an oath to affirm these rules. This is common to any military force from any country. Discipline comes first. Her rights were not violated.

  • ive never been a big fan of the MP.. bureaucratic weasels

  • MP came and got her? oh man

  • that is bull shit man let her do what she wants to

  • THEY ALL TOOK AN OATH

  • so when you have a uniform on your right to free speech is gone....

  • @UnknownEncryption pretty much you are not allowed to do anything they deem as something that will dis honor there uniform. ex smoke in public, commit a crime, drink or be drunk in public.

they are under military law when they join up.

this is why you do not want to live in a police/military state you have no rites at all.

  • @UnknownEncryption what's free speech? i think i might recall such a thing but it's been that long i can't remember.

  • @covertgreen true

  • that is messed up. you know they just couldn't let her be. oh no, her uniform may give them a bad name... they might look bad ya know? can't taint their image .... dripping sarcasm! thanks for the upload. i guess if you wear their uniforms they control you, you don't get to have the same rights as a normal citizen would.

  • Her uniform is a mess! Fix those tapes
