I can see what you mean from hearing a similar sound to New Order with the guitar, but I only hear that around 3:39-3:55, but at around 4:10-4:40 it really reminds me more of The Cure than New Order. With the way the reverb is put on the guitar and even the melody a very distinct sound that would be from the Disintegration and Wish albums.
