Why have they called it the aftermath when this is set before they began testing the virus on chimps (which is how the virus spread in the first place)

Stage 3: Decimation

Stage 4: Quarantine

I love the 28 days later series...the movies and the comics give a more realistic view of an apocalyptic death to mankind. Its not like the undead but living killing people!
