I also enjoy how you simply ignore a mojority of my arguments by saying that I don't know history. I know more history than most people twice my age. Lets look at some history, like the Treaty of Tripoli, Native American genocide, how conservative French leaders in the early 1900s killed a peaceful commune for wanting to practice a small communist society, Ruby Ridge, or that America funded and trained Al Queada to kill Saddam even though they openly hated us.

The question is whether Anne is credible enough in her 'parabol' or 'satire' to be on a major news station. Her claims should not be looked at as news, but as commentary/punditry/humor etc.. By refuting her, one does not refute her freedom to speak it, merely objection to her dissent. She (and yourself) argue conspiracy theory-type complicity and it is wrong.

Over the last 8yrs or so CC leaders (Robertson, Falwell, others) have preached to their masses that Dems (liberals) are not moral, are contemptible, and do not share the same basic values as evangelical Christians. They have done this to advance their own faith-based agenda within the republican party. Reps have been eager to court these Christians, claiming themselves to be the "moral" party. Both groups have used 'hot-button'

issues to serve as litmus tests to guage morality; both have tried to define morality over issues like gay marriage, school prayer, and abortion in the political realm (imagine Fox trolls over these ALL the time). These issues (while meager compared to gov spending, taxation, foreign policy) have dominated, and divided the last four elections (Many have been the closest in history, including both of the last two presidentials) instead of attempting to find common ground we all an agree upon.

You've just given the Democrat's definition of Christians, and restated Obama's attack against them. We are in agreement with his ploy as well as the fact that he shares Democrat ideology. Both regard Christianity as the enemy.
Another point, beyond all I've posted above, is your ethereal 'common ground we all agree upon'. Absent the ideals of Capitalism and Christianity, those which Democrats hold in contempt, what is this putative common ground?
