  • @hamstesrlover12 Actually it is not a front handspring, it is a front limber. When she was trying to kick over it is called a back bend kick over(kick over for short)

  • for the kickover you need the weight over your shoulders its WAY easier to get your leg over. :)

  • once u get the hang of it start doing back limbers they're a little harder but fun :) good job...youll get it!!! it took me a LONG time too! lol

  • ok dont bend ur legs on a handstand and if u cant do a backbend kickover then dont try it on youtube cuz everyone is going to say really mean things about u so try it at home first and then videotape urself but other than tht ur really good

  • just some advice on the kickover part: push your shoulers out over your hand and kick one leg really hard and push with the other. you were using both legs to kick and its hard to do that without mastering your kickover first.

  • you guys are mean. Jus because she's a teen doesn't mean she should be able to do it better. Actually, it's easier to do that when you're younger because of many reasons: height, weight, strength to weight ratio, etc. At least she tried and had fun.
