I don't see anything except for this guy looking for illegal workers. I would not except a temporary job. I'm apart of the ows movement because for the last 4 years I've been working at a corporate owned facility that assembles motherboards for companies that use them for bombs, deep sea oil drilling , aerospace technologies, avionics, and communication systems. I make far less than the national average, (started at $8/hr) and rarely receive raises even when the company has seen record profits
The thing is, even if everyone there was employed, they still have plenty of reason to protest. It's not merely about lack of jobs. It's about the corruption, lack of accountability and overall greed that is so deeply ingrained in the current system. Just being employed doesn't solve that. So, I think this stunt is a bit misguided and short-sighted. I get the point, and yeah, there's a lot of hypocrisy in Occupy, but this is very simplistic and off the mark.
This pretty much sums up everything wrong with these protests. These people are all crying that they have nothing, but when given the chance to earn something, they just pass it by. It's like children screaming at their moms for more cookies when they've already eaten them all.
@dconnors100 I have it set to approval. I approve probably 95% of the comments. The others are rude, insulting, hateful, and do nothing to facilitate constructive dialog.
So wait a minute.....the one prospective worker that was a apparently a felon was turned away?! Well what is that guy supposed to do legally for money? Is he supposed to commit even more felonies in order to survive? I don't know about all those lazy hippies, but as a felon I'd love to work hard for a living and turn my life around for the better. Is it really so hard to believe that some of us who have been in trouble with the law, when we were younger don't want to be in jail cells anymore?
hey while your at it save the native American children that are stolen from their families every day to be used for experiments for the drugs they pass out to everyone, Peace to everyone,, and hey the people dont always think, like where did they get their clothes I am sure someone made them, but I guess they just want to get the clothes for free, it sounds like more slavery to me, screw that, work for what you want
Ladies and gentlemen, you have unfortunately stumbled onto the world’s most retarded video... what this LaughingAtLiberals (Video poster) doesn’t understand is that these protesters (that have spread all over the world) are not here looking for a menial job doing manual labour. It’s about changing the way things run
@jsheppard001 Then why are so many of them crying about wealth disparity, or how working hard isn't the path to success anymore, all I see is a ton of hypocrisy and whining, most of these people have no interest in work, they are interested in handouts. I've seen these types a million times before, complain about not being able to find work, and when they find it, they usually do everything in their power to get out of it, usually claiming its "demeaning", or doesn't pay enough, I say bullocks

Anyone who thinks a kid with a piece of cardboard offering jobs is serious is an absolute moron.
The way he interacts seems so artificial, it seems sort of easy to see through.

@dconnors100 He was accepted. I agree with your point here. Everyone makes mistakes, and most people deserve a second chance.

I like the part where he offered the guy a job that looked like he needed a job and he just kept walking

Occutards!!! They haven't a clue as to what is going on! If they did, they'd be sitting at the White House, Congress, and Senate.

Manual labor is for robots. Creating the robots is where the real jobs are at.
