Thing is, if I remember correctly anyway, Mickey Mania for the SNES and Mickey Mania for the SEGA Genesis have a few differences in the level design. I can't remember for sure though.

I think this is from the Ps1 version, music tones were different in the sega mega drive (Genesis)one. Notes are the same though.

Same here. I used to rent it constantly (SNES Version) from my local video store. I haven't played it since I was around 7. I'm 19 now, and oddly enough, I knew the Mad Doctor Boss theme song before it played (just now on Youtube). I haven't heard it in almost 13 years.

Yeah, it's no shame. Not all gamers are perfect at this kind of stuff. To me, if you can beat the game, even if you make the tiniest mistake or big, don't feel ashamed, feel proud. But that's just me, I don't know about the other gamers.
