I really love the audience's reaction, I love the British already but they seemed to be much more accepting of Kristen and didn't give off this weird vibe or strange looks to the others. As opposed to when she wins awards over here in the U.S, the poor thing looks so uncomfortable and I know she must feel awful for winning sometimes because people think she's unworthy. kristen isn't a terrible actress, but she's not great either. she definitely has some natural screen presence. but, im afraid she will be typecast as a "moody troubled girl" for the rest of her career. hopefully not, because it will be interesting to see what kind of roles she's capable of pulling off.
She isn't the most talented actress in the world, shes quite stiff and wooden, but shes only young and will def get better with time. I think her awkwardness is quite sweet, atleast she isn't fake and over the top like so many actors these days!

The look of bordem that you said, I dont think she's bored.. she's just always so nervous and anxious whenever she speaks that it looks as if she IS bored and like 'this fame thing isnt what she wants'. Ya, she never seems like she wants to be OUT there.. like we are bothering her by asking her questions in interviews. She should embrace the love and appreciate it. It wont always be like this. Once twilight is over and forgotten about she will be too.

I love her because she's real.. she gets nervous in front of huge audiences like everyone else... yet in interviews where it's just her and another person, she's totally calm and down to earth with a great sense of humor. Awesome.

One would think she would be used to the spotlight by now, get it together and stop hesitating when you talk... ugh.. its annoying and really hard to watch. Rob is so much better at this than her..

@AskarsLover That guy is Tahar Rahim. The main character in "Un prophète" (English title:A prophet). This movie made a splash at the Cannes film festival. Watch it if you get a chance it's intense and masterful.
I am a fan of ALL those people that got nominated that year and am very cool with the fact that Kristen won. People give her a hard time for just wanting to work...let the girl be.

In a perfect world, Mia Wasikowska or Noomi Rapace would've been nominated for the 2011 award over the likes of Andrew Garfield or Emma Stone who are hardly "rising" stars.
Any fan-voted award like the BAFTA is nothing more than a popularity contest. There's no validity to it whatsoever.

@MizNelson I think both Andrew and Emma are deserving of the award, they are good actors and are gaining a lot of recognition for their roles last year. I wholeheartedly agree that Noomi Rapace should've been included (much more deserving than Tom Hardy IMO).

I think that most of us who watch this vid are in agreement. She comes off as sincere and humble, and was perhaps more than a little nervous standing in front of so many people receiving an award of this calibur. She's only 20 folks. Give her a break.

i think kristen stewart isn't a bad actress but i don't think she's a particularly good one, some performances have been better than others but most have been pretty bland, however, she definitly has potential to get better and i haven't seen the runaways and she's suppose to be fucking amazing in that and i don't find it hard to believe. i do hate people who hate her for being awkward and not particulaly attractive, that is a stupid, shallow reason to hate someone.

kristen isn't a terrible actress, but she's not great either. she definitely has some natural screen presence. but, im afraid she will be typecast as a "moody troubled girl" for the rest of her career. hopefully not, because it will be interesting to see what kind of roles she's capable of pulling off.
