  • I've felt this way since 1994, and this pasy year I've woken up to the disaster this world has become, sorry for sleeping on the job. Ron Paul 2012!

  • this movie is so packed with wisdom. At first, it's new-age mambo-jambo but later....

  • INCONCEIVABLE!!!!

  • Language of the spirits ;D

  • I'm here because of Community.

  • community brought me here - thank you jeff and abed :D

  • Brilliant!

  • Absolutely insightful on the deepest level possible.

  • What a pompous dimwit. New York is a beautiful place.

Great movie, but the character is a bloody fool. It's just typical, textbook liberalism. Full of wooly sentiment about 'togetherness' and 'the heart' but lacking any real meaning. Brilliant performance of a classic charlatan. I love this film :D

  • @louthegiantcookie oh go blow it out your ass

  • @TheMassRequiem Nah, I'd rather blow you in the backseat of my car.

  • I can understand removing television, magazines, and newspapers from your life to help enrich your existence. I wonder if we'll have to do the same with the internet at some point, since it's a combination of all three of these elements.

  • agree 100% except for the conspiracy theory part -- it just happened that way. we created this world, and we created money as a means of exchange because it was the efficient thing to do. the nature of money is to replace the true meaning of things with an empty dollar amount, and we have to live with/around the consequences of that now.

  • @swimneo when you say we created money what do you mean? maybe you should look up "who" made the money system and how it was made and then you will see "we" did nothing but accept the money system not make it.

  • @thatguy1479 When you say that we, as in Man Kind did not make the "money system", you are totally wrong.

  • @charwindoppa when i say we i mean you and me and every average human.you or your family did not make this system. rich people that wanted more money made this system to rob the people.

  • Great clip, its been a while since I saw this movie. The conspiracy theory, like in The Matrix, intimates a truth underlying it that is of true value. It seems that the Matrix movies never really got there with that message because, face it, the reality woken up to in that movie was hell on earth.

I guess that's my problem with so many conspiracy theorists, the "truth" or "reality" they proffer is just more of the same. Replace one set of idiots with another. Waking up is the destruction of ego

  • Reminds me of a book series I read The Celestine Prophecy wow think I might have to see this whole flic.....

  • Wanting to love your fellow man and concentrate on the relationships you build with your fellow man is not being lazy. It is the recognition of what truly matters. Nothing you can buy will go with you when you die so what is the point of gathering all these truly worthless trinkets?

  • thinking nothing lol

  • WOW !

  • So in conclusion...he suggests going back to the way the Indigenous people have always believed and lived....interesting. Loved it! Thanks for posting

  • Amazing! Great clip Evasius. Much resepect.

  • This conversation epitomizes the countdown within McKenna's Timewave Zero - as connectivity approaches infinity, we as a species are approaching the eye of the needle where only one choice remains before every window and every door is shut on the past, and we will either be ultimately One with the universe, or completely shut out from our very souls...that which made us human to begin with. And the only way we can avoid such a future is awaken to the real world Today.

  • @Evasius

Beautifully put, I really enjoyed reading that!

I think you're right, and the easiest way there is in two steps: 1. Mushrooms 2. MDMA

  • @StopTheRobbery2

    ...

    3. Every entheogen known to mankind:

    4. LSD

    Thanks for the video! :)

  • @StopTheRobbery2 I want to try MDMA, right now im on MDPV which is similar and it opens your mind up like crazy.

  • @StopTheRobbery2

you know, I always wanted to ask this question... I have no agendas and all i want is to understand...

shrooms/mdma are very personal and subjective experience, a thing that impair the senses and to a degree masks the mind , how can such a thing be our gate to the hidden universal truth? I need to hear/read/understand the logic behind such a claim....

  • @Evasius

I'd just like to point out that I am far more aware than you are...lulz!

  • @Evasius I was totally reminded of Mckenna while watching this movie.

  • EXCELLENT!

  • this is how it is and how its goling to be if they dont kill most of us first, leaving only a few souless robots to operate the matrix.

  • Great upload.

  • EPIC! this should be in the school curriculum everywhere. Watch this every day!

  • wow

  • I like this video alot. Have seen it before. I have gotten to the point where I don't watch TV or read newspapers, like the guy he spoke of. I am a gypsy at heart, a vagabond, a rolling stone, a nomad...because after all, it's not the destination that's important but rather the journey!!

  • @pat52010 yet you have acess to the internet and own a youtube account....

  • A bold experiment in film narrative that paid off in critical raves and cult status, Louis Malle's drama consists almost entirely of the dinner conversation of two real-life friends. More or less playing themselves, Andre Gregory and Wallace Shawn wrote their own dialogue, which ranges in subject from the New York theater world to rain forests, and in tone from hilarious to heartbreaking.

    (from Netflix)

  • absolutely perfect

  • nice!

  • Bravo!

  • Really makes you think

  • Hmm...makes me wonder what knowledge the script writer had access to.

    Brilliant.

  • @halfasheep

Gregory met a lot of intellectuals in his travels. All of what the scriptwriter had access to could be found in books, just the right kind.

  • truly was epic !
