@Boxing1984California Considering all they are doing is warming up, working out and concentrating on techniques I don't believe you have enough information to fairly judge them.
@Azlinthelich actually, you very much can judge them based on what you said about this video being them "...working out and concentrating on techniques". They are ok, like under 5 months of training...but nowhere near good. And they're pretty slow. Boxing1984 is correct.
i am so happy to finally find a pair of women who actually know how to box!! im sick and tired of strolling through youtube and finding the same ol "best fitness boxing workouts" which displays men and women(who dont know anything about boxing) instructing with horrible form and improper technique.The sad part about it is they actually think they are getting a workout along with the people who follow the work out lol.
only reason i watched the full vid was because i was waiting for the camera views of the asses
