This is absolutely useful information Oliver. I attend Tom's Work shop regularly and I always learn some great tips to help approach people in a non invasive way. It really gets people to tune in to what we have to say and it eliminates rejection.
However most who attend his workshops never use his techniques beyond the workshop. It needs to be applied in real life in order to bare fruit...so I'm glad you remind the global community of these techniques.
