I want Katherine to have someone who she genuinely cares about who cares about her in return. That's all I want. As much as I LOVE the awesome, badass side of her, I want to see a real connection between her and someone else. I want her to a have family. I'm not talking about Damon, or Stefan, but perhaps Elena... I think it would be awesome if they had real feelings towards one another besides hatred...

@koolperson818 Aw I would totally love that too, Katherine is my favorite character ever.

I think that she cares about Elena in her own way, I mean, Katherine is really dangereous, but she never touched Elena, she just threatened her, never more. Plus she switched off her emotions, she would be different if she had feelings and if she let somebody in.

Whereas Elena (I really like her too) is very stuborn, I think she would be more reluctant to this idea.
