  • would you drive your car round without topping up water oil break fluid, break pads etc etc etc so why expect your pram to last without regular care

i grease up my buzz one a week i take the wheels apart clean them 30 mins it takes less time then it took you to make this video probably !!!!!!! absolutely bonkers

  • your an idiot mate, just buy new wheels rather then risk your childs safety, if your warrenty ran out why on earth would you get FREE wheels if you had maintained your childs pram in the first place this would never of happened and clearly someone of a lot of weight has been leaning on the pram (get a bloody zimmer frame)

you can pick up wheels next to nothing and plus this pram model is 6+ years old quinny come along way since then

  • And - be careful! I leave my 8 months son sleeping in this stroller, safety belting up

I went away from the room to not disturb his dreams... and ...

20 minutes later I've heard frightful cry I never forget what I've seen!

He waked up, tried to stay on feet in the seat and stroller overturned! He felt down with the Buzz... His nose was broken and there was so mush blood around

My son weighed only 8 kilos at that time Why stroller had overturned?

  • @katru84 all over your buzz it's states not to leave you child unattended and i beleave this is why when you buy all pram/pushchairs they come with harnesses and for you to leave your child in there unstrapped is your own fault your child got hurt nothing at all to do with quinny.

    grrrrrrrrrrr

  • @connorsmummy2011 1) baby was strapped properly

    2) i'm mommy of 3 and i never had before such disbalanced prams that can overturn when baby move sitting in it!

    3) i hope you always sit with your childs when they are sleeping and attend them properly for 3 hours. i'm happy that you have so much free time but i don't

  • @werevarg

well when my child sleeps i put him in his cot playpen and i've never left my child unattended with my buzz as i said it clearly states on you handle and back of seat never leave your child unattended and if you hadn't of left your child unattended in the first place it wouldn't of happened

  • @connorsmummy2011 i think the stroller might be balanced to avoid such situations

because mothers often leave their children sleeping alone do not disturb them and if i had the unsafety bed such this pram??? where i cant leave my baby sleeping without watching??? i have radio nanny of course but i cant immediately save him if smth like that will happen

  • so thats why I prefer to buy things really safe! rather than those that require constant monitoring them to avoid tragedy!

  • @katru84 why because the seats are not ment for standing in they are called seats for a reason!!!!!!!!

  • Buzz is screeeeaaaaaaming when it rides - oh nooooooooo... get this sound away from my ears It is real grind core!!! I m not kidding

We used Buzz extremely gently and we cleaned and smoothed it regularly

Less then 1 year! And we have no official service in our country and for buying of replacement wheel I have to pay unbelievable sum of money! OOOOOOOOK ........ but - never more!!!!

  • Hello! I'm from Belarus and I have problems with my Buzz too. We purchased it new only 10 months ago. (!!!) So, at this moment my stroller has unlockable front wheel - they are always swivel and rotating in any sides This makes unreal going on the broken ground, not on the floor

It's not all defects! Brake pedal is NOT working too. And when it had worked yet, there was neccessary to get many efforts to block it

  • @katru84 the break pedal might have something to do with addusting your break cable ??????

  • @connorsmummy2011 yeah i tried to adjust with cable but it still doesn't work well

  • @werevarg i had to adjust mine twice before it worked how it was ment to

  • well i just bought 1 used an the ppl b4 me just replaced a wheel and they only had it for 9 months, so i doubt it was weight issue. but reading ur posts i will watch for other probs, l

  • This happens to many strollers when parents use the stroller to support them during a long walk, the wheels, axels, and frame of the stroller are not meant to support the full on weight of an adult.

This "saftey" issue is cause alone by the parents, or who ever uses the stroller, and you should be glad that it is covered by the warrenty. My advice, buy two new wheels and stop leaning on your babies strollers, its for their comfort not yours.

  • @Ddanielmilton so true

  • Just buy new wheels already. You'd rather risk an accident than buy a new pair. Absurd

  • Quite right Spenno and Angel - D, Some oil and care and no Quinnydaddy muppetry involved. It's an issue of maintenance, like it tells you in the manual, not safety. Safety is making sure you look after it so that it won't wibble.

  • I wouldn't have sent replacement wheels, it's either been overloaded or the brakes applied while heavy and moving at speed!!!! Quinnydaddy your a muppet. All this work for £20 wheels !!!! Joker

  • @spenno3167 cheap skate thats all trying to blame the manufacture for his own misuse and lack of care

  • hello,

we solved this problem with quinny and the customer get new wheels for this buzz.

  • you have snapped the axle on the wheel...either happens by putting a lot of weight on it (which is why they advise you not to) or because you havent cared for your wheels...sand also does this in the instruction booklet they say to look after your wheels ie take them off every few month clean em and wd40 them thats what I do with all my prams I have had 24 of them and NEVER had problems with the wheels..you would have voided the warantee any way as it takes a lot of weight to snap em

  • hi thank you for this video ....i changed my mind ..no safety at all ...pls no body buy QUINNY ...600 GBP uk price !!!!!!!!

    thank u xxxx

  • @mulgen72 you are crazy to take this video buzz's are brill i can take you loads i means hundreds of people who can't fault it, just spoils it when dumbasses like this one don't look after the pushchair

  • DUDE its a Quinny what dou expect from a 500 dollar stroller. BUGABOO ALL THE WAY

  • i've got a friend who has this. had some wheel issue. called quinny and had a replacement wheel in 3 days

  • makes me not want to buy it, this never happened to my peg perego or maclaren...

  • I'll tell you exactly what the problem is............MADE IN CHINA

I think the older 5+ year models were made in the Netherlands or at least some country that knows how to harden steel properly. However we have a zapp & a 4XL they have been OK (fingers crossed)

  • @samsquanch666 Al - you - min - ee - ummmmm you niblet. The bearings inside are steel and like a bit of TLC.

  • hope you forward the vid to Quinny. Thanks for posting the info.

  • I have just uploaded this, and will be contacting my Quinny supplier and the manufacturers about this SAFETY ISSUE. Our Quinny is just out of guarantee (naturally...) although I'm sure the problem developed within the 2yr window. Anyway, it's a serious issue - the wheels are about to fall off - and the brakes don't work. Please post below with a supporting comment/story - much appreciated. I'll post updates here as and when the companies respond. Think TWICE before buying - check back often!

  • Did you contact Quinny (i.e., distributed Dorel in the USA) to get the problem resolved before you made this video? If not responsive, did you contact the Quinny dealer where you purchased it?
