Global Warming melting massive ice sheets in Antarctica

Normal occurance...its more likely that they're breaking off because its cooler...as they grow to the point where they broke off, if it was warming they'd simply melt. but they broke off...ice pretty much maintains its strength up to the melting pont... so slightly wamer ice due to global warming its going to be anymore likely to break off. its more likely the ice shelf simply grew too big and broke off
