hey i am interested in a cbr150 in thailand, so i have a few questions. Is the acceleration good enough (overtaking) for the highway at 100-140kmh? How many baht is it to fill the gas tank from empty? How many kilometers can the cbr go (on one tank of fuel) if you ride at an average speed? Thank you!

nice bike i love that cbr, well not all riders get the top speed of 165kph, some will only get 145, 150 or 155, its just a mater of proper shifting of gears to gain more acceleration and more speed and also the riders weight matters a lot.

But the road was not going downhill..it s a long even straight motorway..downhill i m sure i can reach 170 on the speedometer.as u can see in the video 150 km/h can be done on 5th gear (I m shifting to 6th at around 147 km/h) .I`m 180 cm s and 85 kilos so not very small..But one important think to consider is that what the speedometer is showing is not the real speed...I checked it on the GPS and 150 km/h on speedo actually was 133 km/h on the GPS

3vilSaint and I belong to the same motorcycling club of CBR150 FI owners and he was the one who pointed your video to us. I thank you for publishing your speed tests here in YouTube, it is very insightful. I don't have plans of doing the same thing though. I am just happy knowing that I can reach speeds of 140 kph if the situation demands for it.

woowwwww kala ko 150 is fast enough and considerably fast compared to a stock 150cc bike of its competitors pero 165?? waaaaaaaaaaaa.. galing naman,,, proud to be FI owner :D

@yalcintokel Ty for your reply. Just want to ask you something else. We here in the Philippines who have purchased this same bike are experiencing a noise problem in the engine. Are you familiar with this there in Thailand? I am also an owner and very happy with my bike. But, there are others who are complaining. Pls let me know if you have the same problems there.

@3vilSaint Yes I have the same problem and before i thought it was only me ..the sound comes from the engine when it is idling like ''tak!tak!tak!tak!""...let me know if you find out what it is :)

@yalcintokel it is now a known issue with the CBR 150 (FI). Honda Philippines have been pulling out units to repair this issue. They replace the shims. Contact your dealer.

@3vilSaint Today I went to the service for the engine noise problem..They replaced the camshafts (2 of them) and the noise is gone and I feel like engine is pulling better .
