I'm not here saying the Big XII is better. I just would like to see people stop saying that a team that didn't play an FCS team for nearly a decade (OU), takes easy games.
Also, yes OU has struggled in Bowl Games lately. I will say Miami wasn't a strong opponent last year, but when the game was scheduled there was no way to know that the program would be in a rebuilding year when we played them, it was scheduled to be a hard game and we play them in Miami next year. Also poor performance in Bowls doesn't necessarily represent poor ability as much as poor preparation. Stoops got out coached against Boise and WVU, no doubt, but that doesn't prove a weak schedule.
Okla-Mobile-Homa would lose at least four games every season in the SEC, and most likely lose about 2 or 3 every season if they were in the BIG 10. OU never plays anybody decent outside of their conference and the Big 12 away games are nothing like road games in the SEC and Big 10. By the way, Oklahoma lost a bowl game to freakin' Ole Miss under Bob Stoops! How the fuck does that shit happen? Gators will go on to win the champ against USC, and Tebow picks up his second Heisman trophy.
1999 was Stoops' 1st season. We were extatic just to be back in a bowl. The next year OU won it all. Even thought OU has lost some recent bowls, they have been consistantly making the BCS Bowls more than anyone else.

Wisconsin, the Big Ten's only top 10 team played Akron, Marhsall, and Fresno State out of conference this year, only beating Fresno by 3.
