The 3 represents the 2nd character from right to left, it has a kind of "a-r" sound. Can I suggest you enlarge it. the first character with the 2 dots represents a t, and the next is this no. 2 sound followed by the upright alef, Then onto the next word first chararacter with the dot is a K sound the next a b with the dot under, the two dots represent the eee sound the las the K.

Ok so why are there numbers within the words? Is that supposed to account for the letters in Arabic that English doesn't have? 28 letters versus 26 letters..
