  • Steve was my inspiration too. i play his parts most of the time when i learn these songs. i can do this one all the way through. but i dont do the ending solo instead i do the rhythm for that part

  • @krisaf778 this was definitely one of my favorites, i should re do switch, i am not satisfied with this video. I mean for a year at that time, yeah, im proud...but I can do better now. Someone has to keep Steve's legacy going...might as well keep trying. Thanks for watching :)

  • @JPMusiclife no problem man. i enjoy them

  • @JPMusiclife when you do, you should do the original version of heartbreak. dont get me wrong the remix is cool but the original goes right into switch 625

  • that gibson guitar you played looks exactly like the one Steve Clark used in the video to Bringin' on the Heartbreak

  • Keep on rockin' n rollin' brother // Very good for 1 year of practice. 5 stars

  • pretty good cover. you almost sound like steve playing. but not exact

  • @JetFireROCKS1

I dont think I could ever catch his sound. if I could be any one guitarist, it would be him. But hey, I can only be myself. This was a while ago, I should redo this song. Thanks for commenting!

  • couldve done more shape throwing and spinning though hehehe.

  • I agree! I was so tired though, i finally woke up during switch. I vow there to be more running around in the others haha. Thanks for watching.

  • cool awesomeness!!! especially when you're rocking out the les paul and scarf!!! cool emulation of steve

  • Ha Ha....I just got your Phil/Steve Comparison, now I understand the change of guitars...good one....listen, if you've only been playing for a year...Kudos to you....you've done a great job....I've been playing for 28 years...so take that as a compliment....Now...do yourself a favor, keep jamming to Steve Clark...(he was great and was leppard)...but now it's time to go to his roots....start posting some Page....take your pick as to which cd to start with....

    Keep up the great work!

  • Thanks alot! I was thinking of starting with heartbreaker, but then again im not really sure. I know Steve loved the song "How many more times" but I want to stay on Steve for a little while longer. After all, he is my hero.

Thanks a bunch for your support and comments!

  • Top drawer mate! Good to find people out there inspired by the Great Steve Clark. As the previous person said... Phil Collen could learn a thing or two from you.

    Keep workin' hard.

    Cheers.

  • You did a really nice job with the mix too....we can clearly hear you without drowning out the rest of the song...good guitar sound, nice job, Clark was leppard, and you chose a really nice song....Nice add on switch too...

  • Wow you're really good. It's so cool to see those who are Steve inspired.

Switch played the way it's supposed to be, maybe you can teach Phil a few things LOL

  • haha thanks alot. Steve is my hero, so what you see on the right is actually how I play. It was so hard to just stand there and play...its so boring haha. But thanks alot for your comments. Keep rockin!

  • nice man, but your missing a band ! hhaha

  • lol who needs a one armed drummer and a bass player?....and joe haha. All i need to my parts to be doing the covers.

  • wow, dude thats pretty kwl! did Jenny help you film? and where did u get the acoustic?

  • Thanks, she did help....oh the acoustic was just, you know....ive had it for a while 8D
