Okay? What does this prove exactly? Yes, it's a Federal law that ALL voter registration forms, fraudulent or no, must be turned in. Doesn't matter whether the guy registered "Mickey Mouse" or his next door neighbor. The reason for this is that not too long ago if you were black, or a minority it was pretty easy to bar you from voting by throwing out your form. Can't do this anymore. Furthermore, whoever is registered to vote must actually show up, so it doesn't matter how many they find.
