I guess you could start listing why you should take the other room, then the con's. I'd take the new one because of the water supply which is very essential to the practice, plus the privacy the extra room offers. Instead of hiring another therapist, you could just hire a secretary or assistand who could handle your schedules. But then again, it's still your choice because. Good for you!
