It's simple: It is the terumah, and the 3 tithes. Terumah 2.5% of net income to Rabbi.
3 Tithes: 1 to Synagogue, 1 to Self, every third one that would normally go to self for savings you give to the poor. That is the entirety of the Sadakah, the kingdom economics of pure prosperity.
