Vickie Guerrero for example gets tremendous heat simply because she says "EXCUSE ME" a lot and people seem to be tuning in just fine. Cole being heel actually helped Bryan Danielson/Daniel Bryan get over with the fans during the first season of NXT and when Danielson returned following his release.
