@janjan55555 4- if they wouldnt announce war and give ghaddafi time to prepare for weeks, they could simply bomb his house or location anytime of the day and kill him unprepared....but war is also a business, by bombing cities, and creating chaos, destruction, will bring need of reconstruction, contracts that will go to western companies. Just as they can kill khamenei any second they wish, but they milk the country of its wealth before they do that, and then get reconstruction contracts.
