theyre not closing it they opened it for 2 weeks and if u play during the 2 weeks u get to keep playing even when the 2 weeks is up. if u dont play during 2 weeks then u wont be able to play when the 2 weeks are up so u might as well join just something to do when bored

accually runescape came out in 2000 in cambrigde and then 2001 runescape is for all over the world.Then in 2003 RS2 graphic update came. and the new one sucks ass!

When did RS Classic come out? I think I may have played Runescape after RS Classic but before runescape 2 because I remember that there was an update for RS2 about 4-5 years ago, and I was playing before then... can someone tell me if that was a more recent version of RS Classic or just RS1

just google rscangel and it should be the first one.

its a private server and you need to make an account first.

then you have to download the client.

Did you guys know that RuneScape classic is coming back? If you read the Development Diary for September 15 it said that they're going to revamp RSC and open it for everyone that wanted to play. not rlly, runescape was first known as deviousMUD which FAILED epically, it hasnt even released for anyone to play it i think. DeviousMUD was all 2d doesnt have any 3d affects like rsc does, (well the buildings are sorta 3d ish but devious mud was absolutely a drawing
