I had visited Buffalo in the fall of 2008 and I fell in love with the church architecture; the active ones and the sadly not-so-active ones. I couldn't help but notice the school and rectory buildings from Transfiguration, and those very much appeared to be in use by someone doing something or other -- what is going on with that? What is the status of the church building itself? Honestly, that has to be the saddest church ruin this side of Gary, Indiana ....
